This break-up mould is ideal for hard candies and chocolates. 64 cavities hold pounds of hard candy. When cool the candies easily snap apart to form rectangular shapes.
Tempered for high heat. For hard candy, lightly coat the mould with cooking spray. For chocolates, thoroughly wipe the mould with a dry cloth. To clean, soak in hot, soapy water. Not dishwasher safe.
