crumbles yet tasty December 15, 2008
I purchased this when I couldn't find raw goat milk cheddar in local natural stores. I purchased near spring of the year and was able to munch on feta with strawberries for quite some time. I will reorder this year. And, despite having four packages per shipment, it did not go rancid.
