Did not work, customer support not helpful June 20, 2005

After following the installation procedure, Windows reported a "device failure'. I tried deinstalling/installing three more times with the same result. I called customer support and was told to either send an email or leave a message for a call back. I opted for the email, but still haven't got a response after a week. I phoned support and got a real person this time, but he was stumped. He said he would look into it and call me back - that was five days ago. Needless to say, this one is going in the amazon.com return pile. Big waste of time.
