Great for bagels October 21, 2008 I am delighted that this toaster can actually toast frozen bagels properly (brown on outside and hot in centre). The slots are actually wide enough to put half a bagel in without forcing. While it browns toast evenly on both sides, the bottom is slightly browner than the top, which drops it a star. But otherwise its great.
Perfect toast!!! What more could you ask for? March 29, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This toaster is everything I was hoping for. It was well priced for a dualit product, looks great in my kitchen and makes perfect toast every time, in a timely manner.

I like the Dualit 25364....I didn't give it 5 stars because I never give anything a top rating. The toaster is an attractive design...and easy to use.
We like it! January 9, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
OK - it does give the toast a bit of a ride and sometimes it hits the plate when it pops up! (It's ok- I like a bit of fun with my toast.) But overall we are satisfied. It toasts quickly and pretty evenly and great design counts for something too! Wide enough for bagels, OK for smaller pieces of bread.
Looks good/Produces bad toast January 8, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This toaster looks good on your counter and is very sturdy. However, the toaster's raison d'etre is to produce toast, and at least mine produces very inconsistent toast. When I set the toaster on 3 (out of 8) and put a piece of wheat bread in, it is usually 'well done' on the side that faces the center, brown on the top part that faces the outside, and barely done on the bottom part that faces the outside.
The bun toasting feature, which works pretty well, is its only saving grace.
My Sunbeam toaster that I bought for 15 dollars was better than this one.
