 Surprisingly good considering the price! November 12, 2008
It's a light knife, but not so light as to be unsafe. Great if you're just needing an everyday knife. I only used it for one day (donated it to my place of worship), but we did a heck of a lot of chopping and washing in that day, and it was perfect.

Its always hard to tell how good a knife if without using it for an extended period of time, but so far the knife has been working out for me just fine. Given the price of the knife, I'm quite content at this point.

I was very surprised at how sharp and comfortable this knife is. Great value and quality for the price. Would love to have the same knife but maybe 10" or 12" model.
Knife is ok for the price February 25, 2008
Great design, lightweight construction and easy to handle, but the performance isn't too impressive. You get a nice knife for a decent price, but don't expect such a great quality.
Sturdy Kitchen Knife January 31, 2008
This isn't a fancy chef's knife but it certainly gets the job done. I love the sleek modern look and single piece design.
